Healthy French Toast

If you're anything like me, then you love a good french toast, but without all the calories. Today I bring you my "Healthy" French Toast recipe!


Ingredients:
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 a banana

This recipe is super easy! All you need to do is mix all the wet ingredients, dip in the bread, and cook in the pan for 3-5 minutes on each side on medium heat! I like to drizzle mine with some honey, sprinkle some cinnamon, and add half a banana. And the best part? This whole plate is under 500 calories!
